Q- What should I expect when I come for my first massage appointment?

A- On you first appointment you will be asked to fill out a short intake form that covers any health issuesthat we need to be aware of such as injuries, surgeries, prescriptions, diseases, etc. this will be followed by a short interview to understand your individual needs, reason and expectations for your massage treatment.

Q- Do I have to remove all of my clothing?

A- My first priority is to assure that you are completely comfortable throughout the massage, so if this means removing a minimal amount of clothing then I will work through or around any article that you choose not to remove. However direct contact to the tissue will allow for the best result from your massage therapy.

Q- Do you accept my insurance?

A- We provide our clients with the convenience of insurance billing, however there are certain criteria to allow this to be possible for massage therapy.
    1. We must have a prescription from your physician deeming massage therapy medically necessary with diagnosis codes and duration of treatments.
    2. It must be covered by your policy. If in question contact your provider.
